Design your process flow using Flowtrix Workflow designer and publish it to the MFP. Before sending the document into the process, you are able to select and activate the workflow of your choice from the MFP’s panel.
Define up to five metadata fields in Flowtrix and these will appear in the MFP panel for your input. These metadata fields will be saved in the database and tagged to the scanned document as it traverse your process flow.
As the metadata is tagged to the scanned document, you can design business rules to route the scanned document to the appropriate evaluator according to the metadata input by the operator.
