The add-on connector provides out-of-the-box cycle time report generation within the Flowtrix Designer tool, enabling you to track the performance of your processes with visual charts and formatted tables.

From the workflow that you have created, you can now define and configure various thresholds and parameters to help you build SLA levels. The interface is wizard driven and is intuitive enough for a Business Analyst to use.

  Agent-based

The add-on connector is agent-based, meaning that you can run the add-on connector on a different server. Thus the connector will not place unnecessary on load the Flowtrix server for the processing of the cycle-time data.
